David began his private practice after serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Washington County. He saw the need for a full-service firm that would incorporate the same expert witness and investigation methods used by the government in prosecuting its cases.
Over the years, the firm has continued to refine this concept. In addition to consulting with private detectives, our firm can quickly assemble and coordinate a team of experts that may include addiction and treatment specialists, polygraph examiners, forensic toxicologists, ballistics experts, and mental health professionals.
David is an adjunct professor at Waynesburg University and is a frequent lecturer on criminal law and constitutional issues. He is a member of both the National and Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyers Associations and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
David is a triathlete and Ironman finisher and has competed in endurance races throughout the United States. He is also very active in community, charitable and professional organizations. He is Secretary of the Washington County Bar Association and is a member of the Washington County Bar Foundation, the Pennsylvania Conference of Community Bar Leaders, the University of Pennsylvania Secondary School Committee, The Pennsylvania Society, United States Masters Swimming, USA Triathlon, and the U.S. Sailing Association.
