Driving Under the Influence Defendants:
In order to be considered for admission into the A.R.D. program, you must first have a Court Reporting Network (CRN) Evaluation.

The cost for this evaluation is $75 and is to be completed at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services CARE Center at 75 East Maiden Street, Suite 103, Washington, PA.

Call the DUI Department at 724-229-5782 to schedule your CRN evaluation.


You must bring the following items to the CRN Evaluation/Interview:

1. Your driver's license;
2. Your social security number;
3. The criminal complaint and affidavit from your DUI arrest;
4. Your blood alcohol content (BAC) reading;
5. $75 in cash, check, or money order.
