Driving Under the Influence Defendants: In order to be considered for admission into the A.R.D. program, you must first have a Court Reporting Network (CRN) Evaluation.
The cost for this evaluation is $75 and is to be completed at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services CARE Center at 75 East Maiden Street, Suite 103, Washington, PA.

You must bring the following items to the CRN Evaluation/Interview:
1. Your driver's license; 2. Your social security number; 3. The criminal complaint and affidavit from your DUI arrest; 4. Your blood alcohol content (BAC) reading; 5. $75 in cash, check, or money order.
